A: No, subscriptions cannot be purchased directly through the mobile app. Please visit our website to subscribe.

A: Your subscription allows you to use T4D on two devices—one mobile phone and one computer. If you try to log in on a third device, the previous one will be logged out automatically.

Q: The app isn’t working. What should I do?

A: Check internet connection, remove all your cookies, update your computer and your web browser. 

5. How to delete my account

A: You can delete your account at any time.

Q: How can delete my account?

A: Log in to your account. Navigate to your profile settings. Click on the “delete account“ button, enter your password and finish the action. A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox.

Q: What happened after delete my account?

A: Deleting your account will result in the permanent removal of your account data from our servers. This includes, but is not limited to, your user profile, associated data, and all content crated by your account. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored.

Please note that some information may remain in our databases and/or archives for a period of time, as required or permitted by law, but will no longer be accessible under your account name or identifier.
