Pre-endodontic build-up is often essential – and in this case, clearly indicated. But instead of a full adhesive procedure, we keep it simple. 

After rubber dam placement and caries removal, we apply a quick provisional build-up that holds up perfectly during endo. The final adhesive restoration follows after – as the only bonding step of the entire treatment.
